Some context about the role

As a Sales Director, you will be one of the faces of Crunchr in the US market, building trusted relationships with senior executives, positioning our People Analytics solutions strategically, and driving new enterprise business in complex organizations.
 
This role requires a proven, quota-carrying sales professional with strong enterprise SaaS experience, excellent commercial judgment, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes. You will thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to drive predictable revenue growth.
 
You will work as part of a globally distributed Sales team across the United States and Europe, with close collaboration with the Boston-based team.

Key responsibilities are: 
  • Own the full enterprise B2B sales cycle in the US market, from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Engage VP- and C-level stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Position Crunchr as a strategic People Analytics partner through strong business cases and ROI-driven storytelling.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations, demos, and discovery sessions to senior decision-makers.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Customer Success, Product) to accelerate deal cycles.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
What we expect from you
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 5–8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
  • Proven success selling into large, complex organizations.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales processes.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-value opportunities simultaneously.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience, curiosity, and drive. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
