Some context about the role
As a Business Development Representative at Crunchr, you will be at the forefront of our commercial efforts. You will engage with potential customers across industries, spark meaningful conversations, and open the door for organizations to discover the impact of People Analytics. You will play a key role in building our sales pipeline and strengthening our presence across the EMEA market.
Specifically, you will report to the Sales Director Europe, and work together with the commercial team in Europe and the US. You don’t need to be a People Analytics expert - we will help you become one! What matters is curiosity, ambition, and the drive to challenge yourself as you grow within our global business.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Prospect and qualify new leads across a variety of industries, such as manufacturing, logistics, transportation, IT, and more.
- Engage with medium and large enterprise organizations across EMEA, building valuable B2B relationships.
- Own the early stages of the sales process, including market research, lead generation, lead validation, and needs discovery.
- Conduct outreach via multiple channels (email, phone, social, events) with creativity and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Receive thorough onboarding and continuous training, supporting fast development and strong early results.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, working with well-known global brands.
