MUSTS

• A University degree in business, computer science, IT, engineering, or marketing.
• 3-5 years in Product Management or in an (People) analytics field. 
• Proven track record of problem-first thinking: You understand how data flows, user workflows, and technical components interconnect and can connect individual features into coherent product narratives that solve real organizational challenges .
• Demonstrated ability to drive products from discovery through delivery in B2B SaaS environments or to manage projects to deliver value in complex environments. 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to build consensus. You can balance ambition with execution realism.
• Solid technical understanding, not to code but to grasp data models and discuss and influence feasibility with engineers.

• Domain knowledge in people analytics, workforce analytics, HR tech, or analytics platforms in IT/data or business capacity.
• You have worked in a tech Saas company and understand development cycles

• Hands-on experience with common PM or analytics tools, such as Jira, Figma, or Amplitude.
