Some context about the role

 As a Senior Product Designer at Crunchr, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our People Analytics platform, ensuring that complex data becomes intuitive and actionable for HR professionals and business leaders. 
 
In this position you will lead the design of user-centric, data-driven experiences across our platform. You will take ownership of end-to-end design processes - from discovery to delivery - ensuring our solutions are not only functional but also delightful and intuitive.
 
You will report to the VP Product (also based in Amsterdam) and will work within one of our Development teams, together with a Product Manager, Engineering Manager and Software Developers.  Some of your responsibilities will be:

• Lead the design of new features and enhancements across the Crunchr platform, from concept to implementation.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and data engineers to deliver cohesive and scalable solutions.
• Champion design thinking and user-centered methodologies across the organization.
• Contribute to and evolve Crunchr’s design system and visual language.
• Mentor team members and help shape the design team’s processes and standards.

What we expect from you

MUSTS

• You have a university degree, preferably in User Experience, Design or related field.
• You have 7+ years of experience in User Experience/Product Design, preferably in B2B and SaaS or data-heavy platforms.
• You bring a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, especially for complex or data-driven applications.
• You have expertise in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• You have proven experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• You have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• You have excellent communication skills in English.
• You are a great fit with our core values.
• You want to work out of our Amsterdam office at least two days per week. 

NICE TO HAVES

• You have an interest/affinity with HR tech and People Analytics topics.
• You are familiar with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
• You can leverage data visualization principles and tools (e.g., D3.js, Tableau).
• You have experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
