As an Implementation Specialist, you prepare data for analytical or operational uses. Implementation Specialists are responsible for building data pipelines to bring together information from different source systems. They integrate, consolidate and cleanse data and structure it for use in analytics applications. They aim to make data easily accessible and to optimize their organization's big data ecosystem. Some of your responsibilities are:
Create scripts to feed the data from clients into our solution.
Creating custom dashboards.
Work on interesting data improvement projects to detect faulty data and improve it.
Think with the Customer Success team of using data to solve big questions.
Act as an internal resource for technical pre-sales.
Be the 2nd line contact for technical issues at clients.
Note: this role can be performed partly remote.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
MUSTS
Technical background at Academic level.
Experience in programming.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
Experience with Python, pandas or similar is definitely an advantage.
